OUR HISTORY

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY OF INAX SOLUTIONS

2001 – 2003

INAX LTD begins life as a networking integrator for Alarm Server Management back in 2001 from Offices in Sins / Switzerland. Finding out, that available software solutions these days couldn’t match our expectations, we started developing our own software. Hence, a new brand “ixArma” was born.

2004 – 2005

Having started own software developments from the very beginning, INAX LTD introduces version 2 of our ixArma Alarm Server Software with enhanced features to support its customers.

2006 – 2010

INAX LTD is growing in both client base and staff, becoming the largest regional provider of Alarmserver solutions. Furthermore, we started offering exciting up- and cross-selling-opportunities to resellers in Switzerland and the so called “DACH-Region”.

2011 – 2018

Our team at INAX increased its product portfolio, offering one of the most comprehensive and robust products in our industry, which became a market leading software in field of Alarm Server and related Solutions for Communication in case of an incident. We are incredibly proud of the external recognition of our team, who have completed extensive training and worked hard over extended periods to ensure we consistently meet the needs of our customers.

2019

INAX LTD is now part of ISANDO GROUP, boosting further growth in our key areas. ISANDO Group is a privately owned holding, focussing on dedicated IT Services including but not limited to system integrations, software and database developments supplied to both regional and international businesses. Nothing changed for our valued existing customers – we will stick to local support but enhance range of our services and a 24/7 support. The management will continue to be lead by CEO Paul Binkert to guarantee service continuity.

2020 – present

INAX LTD is ambitious enough to consolidate a market-leading role in the area of alarmserver management. We rigorously invest into our software products to enhance reliability, speed, security, usability and product quality. Furthermore, we believe that second-to-none customer support is key to long-term business partnerships, creating real value for money.

INAX is pleased to announce a design update for ixArma 6 (available only for version 5.4.24). The new design comes with a light grey background and fresh colour schemes without giving up existing colours for alarms and status notifications. Customers who signed up for our version 5.4.24 are entitled to this design update to ixArma 6.

ixArma 6 out now

INAX is proud to announce that ixArma 6 (internal version 5.4.24) is out now and available to customers. Apart from a new framework, we implemented some new features that will improve security, stability and usability of our software. Furthermore, the software comes with a brand-new APP (Android and IOS).
