At the beginning of 2001 we began developing our software for alarm server management, which is now available as the ixArma Portal Alarm Server solution (version 7).
It was always important to us that this software runs very reliably, but is also versatile. Therefore, right from the start we had a very high level of connectivity through a variety of available interfaces, which enabled flexible integration into almost any existing IT environment.
In 2020 we launched the sixth version of the ixArma software, a solution built for up to 250,000 users and / or objects, allowing up to 80 notifications per second. Today our solutions are designed for dedicated servers and secure clouds.
If you would like an on-site solution instead, despite significantly higher costs, or if you have to use it based on internal guidelines, we would be happy to discuss your needs.

Our Swiss ixArmaCloud allows our customers to focus on their business and not on IT problems. Your data is encrypted according to the highest standards and is in good hands in our Tier 4 data centers in Zurich. The cloud infrastructure is managed by NOVINET INTERNET (a group company). Our colleagues ensure that there are no problems with software updates or integrations, no downtime and no security breach.
The crucial thing is that our Managed Secure Cloud Services offer you an introduction to crisis management without significant investment costs. These only apply if you want to connect our software applications to existing systems on site (BMA, GMA, GA etc.). This requires our ixArma box, which is connected to the existing systems. In the area of automation (GA – building automation), the connection is made via commercially available PLC controllers from Beckhoff or Wago.
Our cloud services are of course available as portal applications and for dedicated servers (you alone use one server). You can manage all processes using our modern user interface and our APP (IOS and Android) and always have an eye on even critical applications, even if necessary on weekends and public holidays using the APP.
Cloud services aren’t your thing or your internal security policies don’t allow cloud solutions? No problem, because as system integrators we also offer dedicated on-site solutions.

ixArma is the software application that enables comprehensive crisis and alarm management and can be used in a versatile manner. With our software, all conceivable crisis and alarm scenarios can be mapped and easily monitored via our modern user interface and adjusted if necessary.
Control is not just limited to office hours or the workplace, as our interactive APP (IOS and Android) also allows active alarm management.
ixArma has every imaginable interface in both the cloud/portal version and on-site installation. We would be happy to provide you with further information.
If you would like to use a server for additional applications or data backup, you can consider our “Dedicated Server” option. Since you then run your own dedicated server with our Alarm Server solutions, you can also use this server for other applications and Use data, which brings you further advantages.
The crucial thing is that our managed dedicated server services offer you the best price-performance ratio. In addition to reliable hardware (we only use HPE servers and fast SSDs), our systems are available around the clock. We use recovery tools from Acronis and Veeam and expert support is also available.

ixArma APP is the alerting application for triggering and receiving alarms. However, we introduced new standards with our update to versions alongside major technical enhancements, so this application runs only with ixArma or ixArma Portal and future updates.
ixArma reports an alarm subscriber about the alerting target. When an alarm occurs, the APP is activated, and the alarm is displayed. Depending on the priority, a different alarm tone is activated.
The alarm can be accepted or rejected by a subscriber. In the details, you can see which participant has acknowledged the alarm.
You can use our Alerting Application across all platforms – Android, IOS, and IOS Enterprise.
