No, we do not as we do offer various types of reseller contracts – from just creating referrals to larger resellers offering sales and 1st-level support. However, we increase earnings with higher turnover, knowing that ongoing support and continuous efforts to maintain high levels of reseller knowledge costs money. On the other hand, we are welcoming even businesses that only provide referrals from time to time.
No, you can sell our products and services without any restrictions as we do not have local sales areas.
Yes, of course, we do. We neither share customer details with third parties nor contact them directly for sales purposes. However, we may need to contact any one client if dedicated support is required or to resolve technical issues.
At the moment, we process all earnings / fees monthly. Each reseller receives a detailed statement for the previous accounting period. Pay-outs will then be made to your account in your local currency.
No, we work with smaller businesses too. However, it is your obligation to fulfil your very own tax requirements. For Non-VAT registered EU-resellers, we need to charge EU-VAT if service is conducted through one of our EU-offices.
We work closely with our resellers and aim for a 24 hours feedback. However, as we are sales driven, we know that in most cases time is of the essence and will reply shortly.
Our dedicated team is multi-lingual and we currently offer support in the following languages:

We do not currently charge reseller support as this is covered in our overhead. However, if your client needs extended support, an introductory seminar or onside training, we will charge competitive rates. These rates again will increase your turnover so feel free to offer your clients a good start.
In most cases we prepare detailed offers for our resellers, taking into account relevant information given by you. For larger projects, difficult tasks or in cases where a reseller is not sure about how to implement a technicals solution, it is of utmost importance to contact your sales department to get a helping hand.
We currently do not have such a software as project offers to clients are always made on an individual basis. However, we have plans to introduce an online tool in Summer/Autumn 2020 for smaller, standardized offers and customer trainings.
